Your tickets for Incendia CDMX 2023 are on Full Pass, you can check their website
directly.
What kind of tickets are available?
We have three types of tickets: General Access, VIP and VIP Tables, each with
different features, where you can choose to take your experience to a new level, as you decide
to live the festival.
What does General Access include?
Access to the general areas
Access to the food area

What does VIP access include?
Private restrooms inside the VIP area
Fast line access to the festival
Exclusive and fast entrance to the festival
Alcohol bars inside the VIP area
Side pit in front of the main stage

What does the VIP Tables area include?
Fast line access to the festival

Can I change my General VIP or VIP Tables ticket?
The upgrade is subject to availability, if there is still availability in VIP or VIP
Tables tickets you can exchange your General ticket for a VIP or VIP Tables ticket by paying the
difference at the VIP Tables reception desk.
What payment methods do you accept?
The Full Pass system accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as
International American Express, VISA and MasterCard.
What is the maximum number of tickets a person can
purchase?
The maximum per person is six tickets, in order to have a fair flow of tickets for
all attendees.
How can I be sure that the purchase was made
correctly?
Moments after you have made your Full Pass purchase, you should receive a
confirmation email (be sure to check your spam folder).
How can I avoid fraud?
The most reliable and secure way to purchase your tickets will always be through our
authorized centers, in this case Full Pass.
Are tickets going to sell out?
Yes! The current response has been quite good, we recommend you to buy your tickets
as soon as possible so you don't miss out on the experience.
I am going to buy several tickets, can I transfer
them to my friends?
You can purchase tickets on behalf of your friends, but once their tickets are
scanned they are non-transferable.
Do you sell meet and greet with the bands or
backstage passes?
No, we do not have meet and greet with bands, if someone is offering you some kind
of backstage ticket, don't be fooled and report it immediately through our social networks.
Where will the event take place?
Incendia 2023 will be held at the Hipódromo de las Américas in Mexico City, Gate 7.
Industria Militar Av. S/N, Lomas de Sotelo, Residencial Militar, Miguel Hidalgo, 11600 Mexico
City, CDMX.
How can I get to the property?
There are several means of transportation that can take you to live the best musical
experience at Incendia, you can choose between your car, transportation apps, cabs, public
transportation or bicycle, you decide.
Will there be parking?
Entering through Gate 7 (Av. Industria Militar S/N), there is the entrance to the
parking lot on Av. de las Palmas. The parking areas will be indicated there. Subject to
availability.
Where will be the entrance to the event?
Main gate of the Hipódromo de las Américas (Arco Rosa).
What is the best time to arrive?
Take your precautions in order to comply with all the sanitary protocols during
access. Doors open at 20:00 hrs. We recommend arriving early.
What time does the festival end?
About 3:30 AM.
Can minors attend?
No, the event is for adults only.
Can I walk into the building?
No problem. Pedestrian/vehicular access will be through Gate 7.
Can I leave the festival and re-enter?
No, re-entry is not allowed, bring everything you need to your entrance.
Are there handicapped access and areas?
Yes.
What are the screening protocols upon arrival?
In the first filter your ticket and official identification will be checked. For the
second one, you will undergo an airport type check imposed in order to take care of each other.
What security measures are taken during the event?
We remind you that people and/or vehicles inside the venue may be searched by
security personnel at any time.
Are alcoholic beverages sold and consumed?
Yes, alcoholic beverages will be available. It is forbidden to bring food and
beverages not related to the event.
Will there be medical assistance?
Of course, medical assistance will be available in the areas specified on the
official map of the festival.
There is a chance of rain, can I bring my umbrella?
No, they are not allowed as they may obstruct the view of other attendees or pose a
danger to them. You may choose to bring a raincoat or a good jacket.
Can I enter at any time?
There is an entry time limit, which is usually three hours before the last show, so
arrive early so you can enjoy each show.
